No Company can succeed if there is constant turmoil. Employees are a Company's #1 asset. They will either make or break a Company. Patriot Electric, Inc. will invest I their employees with training in their field; moreover, we will invest in training of attitudes and teamwork. We know that a house divided cannot stand. We will reward all employees with good pay for their hard work.

We want our customers to know they can rely on us in time of need. We will be on time to meet their scheduled needs. The #1 asset a sales force can have is a Company that performs above its competitors.

We need to educate our customers to help us be profitable. They need to understand that helping us be profitable they will have a contractor that can man their job and have the material when needed on the job.

Get Paid Quickly
The best run Company in the world will fail if it cannot collect its receivables. We will keep a vigilant eye on the receivables and pursue all avenues of collection. We have every right to get paid for work completed.

Pay Our Debts Quickly
A Company that pays its debts quickly gains respect quickly. Many will ridicule a Company not paying their bills on time. Word spreads quickly. When word gets around it will be harder to deal with suppliers and customers will worry about you dropping out in the middle of a job. This makes sales much easier.

Provide Quality Craftsmanship
Doing quality work will only help our Company. It will lower warranty work, which again hurts the bottom line. It will also be a tremendous help in sales. Sometimes a customer will even pick quality over price.

This will scare some people away, but we want to be #1 in our industry. This doesn't mean grow at any cost. It means grow smart in a way that won't hurt our team or our goals.

Stay Lean and Mean
It may not make sense to say we will have unlimited growth and stay lean. What we mean by that is we will keep our overhead down to a minimum. Overhead will kill anybody. It even hurt Donald Trump a few years back. Our management team will be task oriented such that our need for extra personnel is minimized.

It goes without saying that tax trouble will divert your time and energy away from running the business efficiently.

Show Loyalty
We will show loyalty to everyone on the team that helps us succeed. We will be loyal to the employee by compensating them well. The suppliers that help us grow will have first shot at all new business. The lenders that help us grow and achieve our goals will be the first ones we call. We will be loyal to our customers by performing quality work on time.
