Safety, Training and Quality Inspection

Patriot Electric, Inc. is keenly interested in hiring highly motivated individuals who want to learn the trade. We have a vigorous in-house training program to help our technicians achieve technical proficiency while maintaining strict safety standards. Every Monday morning employees are taught about safety issues. This mini lesson is followed by a short treatise on a task all employees perform daily with regard to technical proficiency. Of course, the topics change weekly. Code regulations are discussed regularly at these meetings. All employees are required to attend and sign a register documenting their participation.

Patriot Electric's standards are higher than those required by the agencies doing the inspections. With our own inspection stickers, employees sign off on jobs and supervisors attest with their signature that the job is done right the first time. Patriot Electric, Inc. stickers are attached to the front window of the project and the electrical box. All jobs are subject to inspection by Mr. Watkins as he deems necessary and/or warranted. He makes it his business to inspect job sites regularly.

In addition, the Company is happy to pay for educational courses and seminars to help staff improve their skills and obtain the journeyman's electrical licese.
