Talbot Watkins, III, President
Born in 1965, Mr. Watkins graduated from Brooklyn Park High School in 1983. He graduated from a 4-year electrical apprentice program offered by the ABC, Inc. He received his Master Electrician license in November 1987 at just 22 years of age. He has supplemented his education by taking Dale Carnegie management classes and general studies courses at Anne Arundel Community College.

From 1982 through 1987, Talbot worked his way up from an apprentice to a working foreman with Summit Electric and Royal Electric Company. From 1988-1994 he ran Watkins Electric, Inc. in Pasadena, MD.

Married to his wife, Patty, for twenty-one years, they live with their 2 sons, Matthew and Nicholas in the Pasadena area. They attend Arundel Christian Church in Severn, MD, where Talbot has taught Sunday School.

Talbot taught the electrical trade to over 300 individuals at ABC. He also has been a keynote speaker at various graduations. He loves his role as coach on the Lake Shore Youth Baseball League and has served on the Council's Board of Directors for three years. In his words, "Teaching Christian values while encouraging a competitive spirit helps develop every boy into a man." He volunteers reading at Ft. Smallwood Elementary and chaperones on field trips. Due to intense involvement in the electrical industry, he also serves on the General Electric Design Review Committee.

John Evans, Commercial Operations Manager
John is a natural. He has almost 35 years experience in the electrical industry working for companies like Ceco, Cranston and Metro Electric. His managerial skills are superb since he ran his own company for over eight years. He is a self-starter, an invaluable characteristic that comes from his self-employment days. He is highly motivated and can effectively supervise in the multi-crew, multi-job environment. He has been an invaluable resource in helping to solve technical problems as well as scheduling problems as we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. After his graduation at Western Vo-Tech's two-year electrical program John has reached Master Electrician milestone.

Timothy Boritz, Executive Vice President
A graduate of ABC, Inc. electrical program, Tim has ten years of experience. He is a highly motivated self-starter, making him a great candidate for management. Tim is a Master Electrician. He is extremely task oriented and is a team player who can bring out the best in his subordinated. He's an effective supervisor and can successfully interact with customers and builders. He knows what it takes to keep a customer happy and he's doing a great job of keeping it that way.

Chuck Lewis, Vice President of Production
Chuck is a graduate of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. He brings over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, along with strong mechanical skills. Chuck's experience varies in different aspects from electrical to facility manager at the B & O Railroad Museum. He oversaw the grounds, building, security and safety at the museum. He did all the negotiating, wrote contracts and grants, figured the annual budget, and was the representative for the B & O Railroad Museum for legal matters.

Chuck's job is to oversee all the electric construction at Fort Meade, which includes the remodeling of existing housing and service work. He is the chief liaison between Picerne Military Housing and Patriot Electric, Inc.
